FT/PT Cashier: The Cashier has one of the most important jobs in the store and is sometimes the only person a customer sees. The cashier must be friendly and detail oriented. The cashier must enjoy working at a fast-pace environment, accurately and efficiently. Experience is not necessary, but is a plus.
PT Sales Associate: Sales associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service throughout the store and for each service that the store provides. Sales Associates also help put up stock, restock shelves, help customers load products into their cars, and provide other customer service functions. This position could be a part time or full time position. All sales persons are cross-trained to be able to work with customers throughout the store. Employees must work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced work environment.
FT Department Manager: A Department Manager (“DM”) has 1-3 departments assigned and is relied upon to be responsible for his/her department(s), which requires: decision making and buying, merchandising, and stocking products; maintaining a clean department; and having excellent product knowledge. Each DM is also a sales associate responsible for providing excellent customer service throughout the store and for each service that the store provides. Each DM is expected to handle new challenges, projects, and responsibilities as they arise in an effort to provide excellent customer service, increase sales, increase gross profit, minimize and control of expenses, and maximize net profit.
FT Warehouse Manager: K&B True Value is looking for a full-time Warehouse Supervisor. In this role, you are responsible for checking orders in, which includes physically lifting and sorting products and boxes in addition to using paper reports and hand-held or desktop computers to record receipt of the products. You are responsible for keeping the outside yard organized with the use of a forklift and physical lifting when necessary. You will assist, as needed, with customer services such as propane tank refills. Therefore, we’re looking for someone who is high performing, highly-motivated, energetic, and intelligent. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe warehouse and yard. Not all your responsibilities will be specifically defined – you will be expected to handle new challenges, projects, and responsibilities as they arise to contribute to the overall store goals.

Interview Tips courtesy of: http://newgradlife.blogspot.com/
With all the job hunting going on right now, I get a lot of questions about how applicants can put their best foot forward and get hired.
To get the best information possible, I went to the source and surveyed a group of hiring managers. They shared the following tips — things they won’t tell you at interviews, but sure wish you knew before you came in the door.
Sample comment: “I have always been astounded when I ask the question ‘Do you know what we do?’ only to get a response like ‘I sort of have an idea.’”
